Agendas are available on the HRSD Website and at the District Office 72 hours in advance of each regular Board meeting and 24 hours before a special meeting HRSD Board of Trustees encourages community members to attend and participate in its business meetings whenever possible. Closed session board business is typically held at 5:00 p.m. followed by open session business beginning at 7 p.m.

All Board Meetings, Special Board Meetings, and Board Workshops are open to the public and are held in the District Office Board Room at the HRSD Education Center
