Our Educational Services team is focused on working with school teachers and staff on improving teacher quality and raising the bar on achievement.  Our Business Services staff strives to improve the quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of all HRSD operations. Our dedicated Human Resources staff works to recruit and retain the highest qualified teachers, support staff and administrators, while our General Counsel supports the district with legal advice and representation in an effort to build a strong and resilient community of schools.
